Cracking Down on Tasers. February 2008

Summary: In late December, the RCMP announced it would be restricting its use of electric stun guns, or Tasers. The announcement came two months after a Polish immigrant at the Vancouver airport died after police used Tasers and then restrained him. In this News in Review story we'll look at how that death set off a national debate about the safety of stun guns.
