This film looks at indoor pollution as it follows a typical yet fictional family as they interact with countless everyday items that are potentially harmful to them. Three experts, Dr. Richard Corsi, Dr. Donna Mergler, John Roberts, who appear in the form of "friendly ghosts", make themselves known to the audience whenever there is a pollutant to be disclosed.
